Every membership runs week to week by direct debit, with no lock-in contract and no joining fee. Train while it suits you, freeze it when life gets in the way.

The terms

  • No lock-in contracts. You're never tied into a fixed term.
  • No joining fee. Nothing hidden in the fine print.
  • Freeze anytime. Going away or carrying an injury? Pause your membership for up to 3 months and pick it back up when you're ready.
  • Easy to change. To freeze or cancel, give us 7 days notice through our freeze form or cancellation form, or by email.
  • Family discounts. Training more than one in the family? Ask us about family membership discounts.

Casual & PT rates

Casual rates

  • Adults: $35 per class
  • Kids/Teens: $30 per class (not applicable to competition, juniors or toddlers classes)
  • Open mat: $15 per session
  • Strength and conditioning: $30 per class

Personal training

  • Adults: 1 hour $100 per person, or $120 for two people ($60 each)
  • Kids (7 to 15 yrs): 1 hour $100, 45 min $75, 30 min $60 per person
